Referral Enquiries 

Connected Kiddos is currently accepting expressions of interest for 2026.

 

We accept referrals for children accessing NDIS Early Intervention (self-managed or plan-managed). Referrals from Child Safety are also considered when children are in stable placements.

Private paying families are welcome. Please note that our hourly rate is aligned with the NDIS Price Guide ($194/hour), as the majority of our work is delivered within the NDIS framework.

At this time, we do not accept referrals under Mental Health Care Plans or Victims Assist funding.

 

LOCATION & ACCESS

We welcome children and families to our accessible, purpose-built therapy space centrally located in Hermit Park, with dedicated parking available.

For children who find it difficult to access community settings, home visits may be offered where appropriate. We also provide outreach services to Ayr, Queensland on a fortnightly basis.

Families are invited to express their interest below. Initial appointments are parent or caregiver-only, providing a supportive opportunity to connect, understand your child’s needs, and collaboratively plan the best way forward.
